Chief Financial Officer Chicago, IL | Hybrid | $140,000 - $170,000 Our client, a highly respected, mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer to help guide the organization through its next phase of growth while partnering closely with leadership, the Board, and operational teams. This individual will lead a lean accounting team while remaining heavily involved in the day-to-day accounting and financial management activities. The ideal CFO will bring nonprofit accounting leadership experience, strong audit expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and tactical capacities.
