Overview of the CFO role:

Oversee the accounting/finance department and supervise direct reports Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and budgets Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, prepare journal entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financials to the Board Manage banking relationships Manage financial capital, track expenditures, and expenditure budget Preferred Qualifications for the

CFO:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Must have a CPA Seven years of experience in a senior financial role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with an ERP system Demonstrated leadership abilities Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively across departments and across all levels of an organization S alary: $130,000-160,000 #LI-CW1 #
