Job Description

Job Summary The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization. This executive position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and driving strategic initiatives that support the company's growth and sustainability. The CFO will collaborate closely with other executive team members to align financial goals with organizational objectives. Duties Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals. Oversee all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Manage corporate finance activities, including capital structure, investments, and funding strategies. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead financial modeling efforts to support decision-making processes across various departments. Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and regulations. Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize cost efficiency and resource allocation. Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial accounting principles. Experience in strategic planning and risk management within a corporate environment. Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools. Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is preferred but not required. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable.

$125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
