This executive level role is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, accounting, treasury, budgeting, investments, audit, tax, regulatory reporting, and overall financial risk management. The CFO serves as a key member of the Executive Team and works closely with leadership, the CEO, and the Board to support long-term organizational growth, financial strength, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as a member of the Executive Team and contribute to strategic planning, business goals, and organizational initiatives. Lead and develop the Accounting and Finance teams. Oversee treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, insurance, and investment activities. Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and capital plans. Ensure accurate financial, statistical, accounting, and regulatory reporting. Manage investment activities, safekeeping of assets, and liquidity planning. Work with auditors, examiners, regulatory authorities, and the Board. Develop and review financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Analyze budgets, identify efficiencies, and recommend financial improvements. Support business development and participate in community-related events. Requirements 10-15 years of similar or related financial leadership experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field. MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, investments, budgeting, regulatory reporting, and risk management. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence, collaborate, resolve complex issues, and present to executive leadership and the Board. Proficiency with accounting, spreadsheet, word processing, and financial data processing systems.
