Healthcare CFO | Albuquerque, NM Precision Recruiting Agency is partnering with a growing healthcare organization in Albuquerque, New Mexico seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. This is an in-person executive leadership opportunity for someone with a strong financial background within the behavioral health space who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization. The organization is looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who can oversee financial operations, support long-term growth initiatives, and partner closely with executive leadership to drive operational and financial success. Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy initiatives Monitor organizational financial performance and identify growth opportunities Ensure compliance with healthcare and financial regulations Partner with executive leadership on operational and strategic decisions Manage audits, financial reporting, and internal controls Support organizational growth and scalability initiatives Requirements Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health industry experience required Previous CFO or senior financial leadership experience within healthcare Strong understanding of healthcare finance, operations, and compliance Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strategic leadership mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work fully in person in Albuquerque, NM Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000-$180,000 based on experience Full benefits package offered Executive leadership opportunity within a growing healthcare organization Location Albuquerque, New Mexico Fully in-person position If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, apply today through Precision Recruiting Agency.
