Job Description
Controller Position Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is currently recruiting for our Controller who will split time between Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center and Valley Hospital Medical Center. The Facility Controller supports the hospital market CFO by ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial information for assigned facilities. The role is structured towards development and matriculation into a future Executive Financial leadership role, so the position offers the opportunity to learn and train in the various aspects of revenue cycle, expense management through review, accruals and standardization, business development through pro forma development and lookbacks as well as operational budgeting. Additional essential duties include assisting CFOs in annual operational budget preparation for market entities, preparing and conducting departmental Monthly Operating Reviews, and conducting monthly financial statement and operational reviews to ensure accuracy and integrity for market entities.
