• Play a key role in sustaining independent, community-based care The Role The CFO serves as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, responsible for the financial strength, performance, and long-term sustainability of the organization.

This leader will oversee all financial and key administrative functions while helping drive decisions that position the organization for continued success. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership across finance, revenue cycle, patient access, HIM, case management, and supply chain Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, aligning resources with strategic priorities Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls Drive performance improvement across revenue cycle, cost structure, and operational efficiency Present financial insights and strategy to the Board of Trustees Build and develop a high-performing, accountable finance team Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities, service line expansion, and strategic partnerships Serve as a trusted advisor in navigating the evolving healthcare landscape This role is ideal for a finance leader ready to expand scope, visibility, and enterprise influence.
