Columbus, OH Salary Range:
$150,000
  • 180,000 + benefits A well‑established construction company in Central Ohio is seeking a hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and team development.
This role is ideal for a construction‑experienced CFO who is comfortable operating at both the strategic and day‑to‑day level while partnering closely with ownership and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive oversight of all accounting and financial operations Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Lead financial reporting, forecasting, projections, and ad‑hoc analysis Oversee job cost accounting, WIP reporting, and project profitability using percentage‑of‑completion accounting Manage and develop the accounting team Handle tax compliance and coordinate external audits Partner with leadership and operations to deliver actionable financial insights Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced financial visibility Preferred Qualifications of the
