Location:

This role is ideally based in our Rock Island, IL office, where executive presence and collaboration are highly valued. We will also consider candidates who can be based near another IMEG office, with the ability to maintain strong visibility and engagement across the organization. You'll have the opportunity to: The salary range for this role varies by location. The expected range for Illinois-based candidates is $200,000-$275,000 with adjustments for other geographic markets. Individual pay will be based on several factors including work location, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
