Job Description:

Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing financial guidance and supporting long-term business planning. Oversee all core finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Lead the annual budget process and ongoing forecasting efforts, while monitoring financial performance and presenting insights to leadership. Manage monthly and year-end financial reporting, including variance analysis and communication of key financial trends. Ensure compliance with audit, reporting, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining strong financial processes and operational safeguards. Oversee the development and improvement of financial systems, policies, and procedures to support organizational effectiveness and scalability. Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to align financial planning with operational goals and business strategy. Provide leadership for operational support functions, including oversight of technology-related business needs and infrastructure. Present financial updates, planning recommendations, and key business insights to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders. Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative, hands-on, and solutions-oriented environment. Seek candidates with significant senior-level finance leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of driving sound financial and operational decision-making.
