Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and shape our fiscal future. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure sustainable success across diverse sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust financial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for strategic development within a dynamic organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth and stability. Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other regulatory frameworks such as ASC 606 and COSO. Manage budgeting processes, expense control, cost management, and revenue cycle management to maximize profitability. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making at the executive level. Conduct risk analysis and manage risk mitigation strategies related to market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and operational challenges. Supervise treasury management activities including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and liquidity planning. Oversee compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements and regulatory reporting obligations across governmental and non-profit sectors. Drive mergers & acquisitions initiatives by evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, and integrating new entities seamlessly into existing financial frameworks. Lead the development of financial reports, interpret complex data for senior leadership, and communicate insights clearly to support strategic initiatives. Ensure effective supervision of finance teams responsible for payroll management, cost control, supply chain finance, technical accounting, tax accounting, and financial software systems. Skills Extensive experience in corporate finance with a strong understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss management, revenue management, cost control, and fiscal management. Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and business analysis to inform strategic planning. Deep knowledge of regulatory standards including
GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606
compliance requirements and risk management frameworks like COSO. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams across finance functions with supervisory experience in financial reporting and technical accounting. Strong negotiation skills coupled with business development acumen to foster growth opportunities through mergers & acquisitions or new market exploration. Proficiency in financial software systems used for enterprise resource planning (ERP), budgeting tools, and reporting platforms. Excellent communication skills with the ability to write comprehensive financial reports and interpret complex data for diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
