Non-Profit seeking a Passionate Controller to join our team! Our client is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Controller to provide leadership and oversight of the organization's accounting and financial operations. This key role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting, supporting budget development and forecasting, maintaining compliance with grant and contract requirements, and partnering with executive leadership to strengthen the financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting and financial management, prior experience within a nonprofit environment, and a genuine passion for supporting a purpose-driven organization. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping guide sound financial stewardship, operational accountability, and long-term organizational sustainability.Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and cash flow management. Direct and supervise the preparation of all financial reports, including monthly, annual, and budget-to-actual financial statements. Direct and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting required for grants, contracts, and funding compliance. Partner with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the development of the organization's annual operating budget and periodic financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance by analyzing actual results against budget, identifying variances, and providing timely recommendations to leadership. Coordinate the annual audit process and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit requirements. Supervise, mentor, and support Finance Department staff to promote strong performance, accountability, and professional development. Support broader departmental and organizational goals by assuming additional managerial and leadership responsibilities as appropriate to the role. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Prior nonprofit finance experience with a successful track record in a Senior Financial Management role for at least 8+ years is essential Possess the ability to manage data for financial reporting quickly and effectively via various technolocal systems and/or softwares.Benefits:

Pay:
$90,000.00- $110,000.
