Job description:

Norstella is looking for an experienced and motivated finance professional to join the team as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this key role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting Norstella's Commercial and G&A business units, overseeing P&Ls, reporting, and overall business performance. You'll work directly with General Managers and budget owners to manage budgets, analyze variances, and prepare materials for monthly operating reports. This is a high-impact opportunity to take a leadership role within the FP&A function, driving improvements in financial modeling, planning, and reporting. You will help strengthen forecast accuracy and refine key performance metrics. In addition to supporting day-to-day financial operations, you will contribute to long-term strategic planning by delivering clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
