The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and fiscal management. This role requires a strong leader who can drive business development initiatives while ensuring the company maintains its profitability and financial health. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and efficient allocation of resources. Manage payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and timely disbursement of employee compensation. Direct treasury management activities to optimize cash flow and manage investment strategies. Monitor profit loss statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure corporate accounting practices adhere to regulatory standards and best practices. Lead fiscal management efforts to maintain the organization's financial integrity and sustainability. Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives that drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance, and fiscal management practices. Demonstrated expertise in financial report writing and analysis. Experience in payroll management, budgeting, treasury management, and revenue management. Excellent strategic thinking skills with a focus on business development opportunities. Exceptional leadership abilities with strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
