Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, risk analysis, and strategic planning. This role demands a proactive leader with exceptional financial acumen, a passion for innovation, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of fiscal responsibility while identifying opportunities for business development and revenue enhancement. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including long-term planning and forecasting. Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other relevant regulations. Lead treasury management activities such as cash flow forecasting, expense control, cost management, and supply chain finance to optimize liquidity. Supervise financial analysis, modeling, profit & loss statements, revenue cycle management, and cost control initiatives to support strategic decision-making. Oversee mergers & acquisitions processes including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration efforts to expand organizational capabilities. Ensure accurate financial report writing and interpretation for internal stakeholders and external regulators while maintaining transparency in all fiscal communications. Drive business development efforts by analyzing market trends, conducting market analysis, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Lead a high-performing finance team through effective supervision, mentoring, and management practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in senior leadership roles within finance or accounting functions; prior CFO experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of financial concepts such as risk management, fiscal management, budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis. Strong expertise in technical accounting standards including
GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606
(Revenue Recognition), and compliance frameworks like COSO and SOX. Demonstrated ability in corporate finance activities such as mergers & acquisitions, business development, and strategic planning. Proficiency with financial software systems and tools used for financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and supply chain finance. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights. Exceptional leadership qualities with experience supervising teams across multiple finance disciplines including governmental accounting, non-profit accounting if applicable, payroll management, tax accounting, cost accounting, and financial planning. Strong negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
