Chief Financial Officer Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000 + bonusLocation:

CFO:
- Oversee financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial modeling
- Lead job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability tracking
- Partner with ownership on financial strategy and growth initiatives
- Manage banking, lending, and external financial relationships Qualifications for the Director of Finance /
CFO:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
