Control number 868094800 This job is open to Help The public U.S. Citizens, Nionals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. Clarificion from the agency All U.S. Citizens Duties Help Develops, administers, analyzes, and evalues all aspects of the Agency Financial Management Program to include management and program analysis and control, budget management, cost analysis, productivity and management improvement programs. Directs the development of the Agency's budget, policy guidance, and procedures for the proper execution of financial plans. Oversee the review and analysis of Agency resource requirements to develop budget submissions and estimes for adherence to agency mission goals, senior management needs, and policies.
Directs the following functions:
Managerial-Financial Planning and Reporting, Agency Financial Stements, Budget Formulion/Presention, Budget Execution, Reimbursable Budget Program, Internal Management Control Reviews, and Fiscal Accounting. Ensures the preparion of required justificion merial in support of the budget submission to Department of Defense/Office of Management and Budget and, subsequently, to Congress. Specialized experience is defined as:
Demonstres executive expertise in financial administrion, systems governance, stregic initiives and workforce supervision OR serving as a senior authority for fiscal reporting, or managing stregic policies for budget, accounting, and manpower functions.
