Job Summary:

We're seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead finance and accounting for a growing government contractor. This executive role has direct influence on company strategy and operations, with full accountability for financial performance, compliance, and long-term planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep government contracting expertise, CFA-level financial knowledge, and a track record of driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting to support executive decision-making Lead all finance, accounting, and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability Ensure

audit readiness and compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS Oversee contract pricing, indirect rate strategy, development of annual forward-looking rate proposals, and complex contract financials Lead cash flow management, capital planning, and risk oversight Mentor and grow a high-performing finance and accounting team Support strategic initiatives including M&A, investor relations, and operational optimization Requirements The CFO role requires: CFA designation or equivalent experience strongly preferred 12+ years of progressive leadership in government contract finance Expert in

GAAP, DCAA/DCMA
