Position Schedule Full‑time, onsite | Monday-Friday | Day Shift Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership and executive oversight of all financial operations Ensure compliance with GAAP, reimbursement regulations, and state/federal requirements Guide long‑range financial planning, budgeting, and resource stewardship Support operational and clinical leaders through strong financial analysis and partnership Promote organizational stability, sustainability, and mission‑aligned growth Candidate Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field or CPA required ; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience FACHE certification preferred Deep knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, GAAP, and regulatory requirements Strong understanding of healthcare operations, risk management, and contemporary leadership practices Demonstrated success leading teams, optimizing financial performance, and supporting organizational strategy Compensation & Benefits Sign‑
