Job Description

Description We are seeking a seasoned Fractional CFO to provide strategic and hands-on financial leadership for a manufacturing organization. This engagement is ideal for a finance executive who thrives in a consultative environment, can quickly assess current state operations, and drive meaningful impact across financial strategy, reporting, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities + Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with executive leadership to guide decision-making and long-term planning + Assess and optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies + Oversee and enhance month-end close and financial reporting processes + Lead, mentor, and stabilize the accounting team + Identify and implement cost optimization strategies across operations + Ensure compliance across financial operations, including benefits and retirement plans + Strengthen banking relationships and support financing activities as needed + Evaluate current processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy, timeliness, and scalabilit Requirements
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial leader, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and expertise in cost management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other financial systems.
  • Solid understanding of cash flow management and capital planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Experience managing 401(k) compliance and banking relationships.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives.
