Randy Reichardt Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, driven by success, and interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. While a Life & Health Insurance License is not required at the time of application, it must be obtained shortly after hire — we'll support you through the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options Sell life and health insurance products to individuals and businesses Develop leads and build strong client relationships Customize insurance programs to meet individual client needs Clearly explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and costs Support clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service Previous experience in sales, retail, or telemarketing is a plus Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards (or willingness to learn) Must be willing and able to obtain an Arkansas Life & Health Insurance License upon hire Why Join Us?
