In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the claims processing workflow, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of accidents and insurance documentation. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help streamline operations, verify insurance information, and maintain precise records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional service and accuracy. Duties Assist with talking with the insured, collect the accident info. Verify insurance coverage and eligibility through insurance verification processes for various providers such as shcheduled driver or vehicle. Communicate with the insurance carrier or third-party adjuster compaines Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English with clients, providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth claims processing Skills Good Communications with the customers and insurance companies. High responsibilities on the job Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English to support diverse client needs Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of claims handling and record keeping Join us in a role that combines energetic support with accidents attention to detail!
