Our organization handles a high volume of inbound leads and is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while helping property owners navigate insurance claims. We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing sales teams, implementing systems, improving performance metrics, and driving revenue growth. Position Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing our inbound sales operation, including an offshore call center team, AI-driven sales agents, CRM workflows, reporting, and lead conversion performance. This role requires a strong understanding of sales management, automation, analytics, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can build accountability, create scalable processes, leverage technology, and continuously improve sales performance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Manage and coach an offshore call center team of approximately 15 inbound sales representatives. Oversee AI-powered sales agents and ensure seamless integration between human and automated interactions. Establish performance expectations, accountability standards, and coaching programs. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Develop and maintain sales scripts, objection handling processes, and best practices. Sales Operations & Performance Monitor and improve inbound lead conversion performance. Analyze sales funnels and identify opportunities to increase close rates. Ensure rapid response times and adherence to lead management standards. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and customer experience. Continuously refine sales workflows to maximize efficiency and revenue. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting systems.

Lead volume Contact rates Close rates Revenue generated Sales representative performance Lead source performance Pipeline velocity Present weekly and monthly performance reports to executive leadership. Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Systems, CRM & Automation Serve as the primary owner of CRM performance and optimization. Implement and improve automation workflows, lead routing, follow-up sequences, and reporting structures. Ensure accurate data management and pipeline integrity. Work closely with leadership to identify and deploy technology solutions that improve productivity and scalability. Leverage AI, automation, and modern sales technologies to streamline operations. Qualifications 2+ years of sales management experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment. Experience managing remote and/or offshore sales teams. Strong understanding of CRM platforms GoHighLevel experience is preferred. Experience with sales automation, AI tools, and workflow optimization. Proven ability to analyze sales data and improve conversion metrics. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Advanced proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in public adjusting, insurance claims, restoration, roofing, home services, legal intake, or similar lead-driven industries. Experience managing call centers and lead qualification teams. Familiarity with AI-powered customer engagement platforms and conversational AI tools. Experience implementing SOPs, quality assurance programs, and performance scorecards. Success in This Role Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will: Establish clear KPI reporting across the sales organization. Improve visibility into close rates and revenue performance. Identify opportunities to increase lead conversion efficiency. Optimize CRM workflows and automation processes. Strengthen accountability and performance management across the sales team.
