Employment Type:
Temporary (4+ months, possibility of extension based on business needs) We're seeking a General Liability Claims Specialist with experience in bodily injury to manage complex General Liability claims, including litigated matters, high-exposure BI losses, mediations, and settlement negotiations. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with defense counsel and clients while handling challenging claims from investigation through resolution. What You'll Handle Manage GL & auto claims with BI exposure Investigate liability, damages, and coverage Evaluate medical records, determine claim value, and set appropriate reserves Independently manage litigated claims in partnership with defense counsel Negotiate settlements and attend mediations Draft coverage letters, RORs, disclaimers Requirements 3+ years of General Liability claims experience Bodily injury claims experience (required) Experience managing litigated claims from start to resolution, preferred Proven ability handling moderate to complex exposures Why This Role High visibility client-facing role Opportunity to handle complex BI claims Exposure to litigation strategy & mediation Work with a respected national brokerage Join a high-performing, collaborative claims team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
