• Auto & General Liability (Contract Position)Join Our Client's Dynamic Team We're looking for a talented Claims Support Specialist to become an integral part of our claims team.

In this role, you'll be ensuring prompt resolution while providing exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Do As a Claims Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our claims handling process: Drive Claims Resolution

• Review and assess Auto and General Liability claims to determine priorities and guide them efficiently through our process Manage Financial Transactions
• Process claim payments, handle supplement payments, and ensure proper deductible tracking Coordinate Workflow
• Monitor incoming claims, organize case assignment, and maintain timely communication with all parties Provide Client Support
• Handle client inquiries professionally, resolve concerns, and follow up on claim status and payments Ensure Documentation Excellence
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation that meet both internal and regulatory standards Support Team Success
• Collaborate with the claims team to implement best practices and continuous process improvements What You'll Bring The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with exceptional organizational abilities: Claims Experience
• Background in insurance claims handling or relevant administrative support Detail Mastery
