Job Description

Hydradry, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to support our mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teams. This position plays a critical role in ensuring insurance claims are properly documented, communicated, and processed from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities Manage and monitor insurance claims throughout the claim lifecycle Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, adjusters, property managers, and internal staff Ensure claim files are properly documented and updated Review job documentation for completeness and compliance Schedule and coordinate follow-up services and inspections Track claim status and maintain accurate records Upload and organize photos, reports, estimates, and supporting documentation Assist with invoicing and collections when necessary Follow up on outstanding approvals, payments, and documentation requests Maintain daily communication with project managers and field personnel Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the restoration process Qualifications Prior insurance, restoration, claims, or administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Experience with restoration software such as MICA, PSA, Xactimate, Encircle, or ContentsTrack is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Monday-Friday schedule Paid holidays (eligibility requirements apply) Paid time off Health insurance options Opportunities for advancement and professional development Compensation $18-$22 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
