In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our insurance operations, providing vital administrative and customer support. You will bridge the gap between clients, agents, and underwriters—ensuring that policies are processed accurately, claims are guided smoothly, and client inquiries are handled with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Client & Agent Support:
Respond to inquiries from policyholders, agents, and brokers regarding policy coverage, billing, premiums, and renewals via phone, email, and chat.
Policy Administration:
Process insurance applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately within the company's database.
Claims Assistance:
Act as the first point of contact for clients filing claims; gather initial documentation, verify policy active status, and route claims to the claims department.
Data Management & Quality Control:
Review policy documents for accuracy, update client records, and ensure all operations comply with state and federal insurance regulations.
Billing & Payments:
Assist clients with premium payment processing, billing discrepancies, and setting up payment plans.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with underwriters and sales agents to expedite the onboarding of new clients and resolve complex account issues.
requirements:
Bachelor Degree Bilingual:
Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish preferred CPT and OPT eligible
