Job description Field Claim Investigator About the Role RC Services is seeking experienced and motivated Field Claims Investigators to support insurance claim investigations throughout Florida. Ideal candidate(s) will be located in: Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa. This is an ideal role for individuals who thrive in fieldwork, enjoy investigative analysis, and can manage assignments independently.

In this role, you will conduct on-site investigations, gather evidence, interview involved parties, and produce professional reports to support claim evaluation and resolution. Key Responsibilities Field Investigation Conduct thorough, multi-faceted insurance claim investigations in the field Perform site inspections including photographs, video documentation, measurements, and scene diagrams Locate and interview claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties Obtain signed or recorded statements as needed Evidence Gathering & Analysis Collect and document relevant evidence to support claim determinations Evaluate findings and provide clear, objective summaries and recommendations Maintain sound judgment throughout investigations Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit detailed, client-ready investigative reports Provide timely status updates on all assigned cases Ensure all assignments are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines Qualifications Required Minimum of 3+ years of investigative experience (insurance, legal, or related field) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed Preferred Prior insurance claims investigation or adjusting experience Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and time management Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic technology systems Active Adjuster License Bilingual (Spanish) Notary Public designation Work Structure Flexible scheduling Field-based position (work performed on-site/in territory) What Sets You Apart Self-motivated and able to work independently Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Professional, objective, and client-focused Comfortable handling sensitive situations and field interactions Why Join RC Services?
