We are seeking a Desk Adjuster with a passion for advocacy and precision to support our fast-growing public adjusting firm based in Melbourne, Florida. If you have prior experience working with insurance carriers and are looking for a new challenge that rewards performance and advocates for property owners, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process property insurance claims Communicate regularly and effectively with your field adjusters and insurance carriers Review policies, assess coverage, and identify opportunities to maximize claim settlements Maintain organized records and follow internal procedures and timelines Champion clients' interests by negotiating assertively and ethically with insurance carriers Collaborate with field adjusters and internal team members to ensure smooth claims handling Pull Adjuster to Advise, RFIs pending, and attorney retainer confirmation reports. Help gather documents needed for the file and keep the file moving forward.

Qualifications:

Experience working with insurance carriers

• specifically property claims experience Detail-oriented and extremely organized Process-driven and able to follow structured workflows Strong communication skills
• comfortable and persuasive on the phone A true advocate for the client
• enjoys going to bat for the underdog Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to work independently and problem solve
