PRISM Inc. is seeking an Inside Claims Rep. to manage and resolve low-to-mid complexity property claims within delegated authority. This role handles the full claims lifecycle—investigation through settlement—while collaborating with the Unit Manager on high-exposure or unique coverage challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coverage Evaluation:

Determine first-party homeowner coverage using ISO language and state mandates.

Estimate Audit:

Review adjuster and contractor reports for accurate scoping and market-rate pricing.

Workload Management:

Maintain high-volume pending files while adhering to "Best Practice" documentation timelines.

Settlement & Negotiation:

Resolve claims with policyholders and public adjusters; issue payments within assigned authority.

Regulatory Compliance:

Manage multi-state requirements (FL, TX, CA, AZ, NV, and the Carolinas).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

(Skills/Education):

Experience:

3+ years of residential/commercial claims adjusting experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Licensing:

Valid Adjuster's license required (or obtained within 60 days); AIC or other claims designations preferred.

Core Skills:

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on "ownership" and customer empathy.

Tech Stack:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Communication:
