From $22.00 per hour with commission Job description: Rick Case Automotive is seeking an Experienced Service Warranty Administrator! Duties:

Process warranty claims and ensure accurate and timely submission Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims Assist in resolving any warranty claim disputes or issues Provide support and guidance to customers regarding warranty coverage and claim process Verify criteria required by factory or distributor

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Knowledge of automotive or equipment warranties is a plus Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism Good Computer skills Ability to operate calculator, computer, and other general office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills. Must have good phone skills Experience in a dealership setting
