This role involves creating new claims records, verifying information, and answering inquiring calls from insureds, claimants, and agents.
Responsibilities:
Create new claims files Locate and verify claims information Review incoming and outgoing documents Document authorizations and escalations Process claim payments Answer inquiries calls from insureds, claimants, agents, etc. Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
