Job Description
- Tired of working for one of the large Collision MSO where you are just a number to them. Come be a part of our team where your opinion matters.
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the department
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve department goals
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, updates, and expectations ```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Collision Industry
- I-Car Certified a Plus
- Spanish Speaking a Plus
- Experience working with DRP Insurance and Fleet vehicles in the Collision Industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs This position requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills.
