Job Description

  • Tired of working for one of the large Collision MSO where you are just a number to them. Come be a part of our team where your opinion matters.
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the department
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve department goals
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, updates, and expectations ```Experience```
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Collision Industry
  • I-Car Certified a Plus
  • Spanish Speaking a Plus
  • Experience working with DRP Insurance and Fleet vehicles in the Collision Industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs This position requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving department goals. They should also have a solid understanding of auto body repair processes and be able to effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise.
