Our mission is to end corporate negligence by providing law firms with mass tort case generation solutions built on efficiency, data science, and transparency. What's the role like, and who's a good fit? As a Claimant Services Specialist, being empathetic and patient is crucial for success. The goal of the Claimant Services Specialist is to resolve all issues impeding the delivery of the claim to the law firm, collect additional information or documents from the claimant to fit the claimant with with a prospective law firm, and assist our client law firms with reaching the claimants. Claimant Services Specialist:
Case Delivery:
The vast majority of the time, working as a Claimant Services Specialist is spent auditing signed cases for accuracy, ensuring that the claimants get sent to the firm in a timely manner.Outbound Call Handling:
You will follow up with claimants who may have provided incomplete information to ensure they meet the firm's criteria.Email Correspondence:
You will follow up with claimants via email for additional details needed for case verification.Minimum Position Requirements Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational certification required.Work Experience:
2+ years of customer service, auditing, quality assurance, and/or related experience required.Licenses or Certification:
HIPAA certification preferred. Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard, are frequently required.Skills Required:
