Job DescriptionThe Team Lead II is responsible for managing highly complex vendor relationships, assessing vendor training needs, and monitoring vendor performance. The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads, provides coaching and mentoring, and participates in performance reviews.
Job Description Looking for a hands-on Material Damage claims leader who can manage a team, coach performance, and handles extended file handling and serious injury for FL and GA-while delivering strong customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes Frequently conducts targeted file examining, including performing ride-alongs or sit-alongs Frequently conducts calibrations with vendors or staff Communicates verbally or in writing about claim processes/procedures with other employees, leaders, and teams Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Oversees highly complex claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or mediation Oversees highly complex specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies) Oversees highly complex claims that include Public Adjuster involvement Advanced knowledge of and may serve as subject matter expert on all regional construction types and related repair methodologiesSupervisory Responsibilities This job has supervisory duties.#LI-LS2SkillsClaims Administration, Claims Resolution, Coaching, Communication, Conflict Management, Decision Making, Leadership, Management Reporting, Relationship Building, Strategic Planning, Training InstructionCompensationAdditional Job DescriptionBase compensation offered for this role isTeam Lead i: $68,500.00•117,700.00/salary
