Fraud Specialist Calculated Hire - 3.9 Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time | Contract $24 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Triage Caseload management Administrative experience Attention to detail Insurance investigations Full Job Description Overview Seeking detail-oriented individuals to support fraud review and investigation efforts related to unemployment insurance claims. This role focuses on case preparation, documentation review, and helping streamline fraud determinations in a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Review and prescreen cases to summarize facts and prepare for determinations Triage incoming work items to support appropriate routing (Fraud vs. non-fraud cases) Prepare subpoena documentation and organize supporting materials Compile and review case files for accuracy and completeness Identify potential fraud indicators through data and documentation review Support overall fraud prevention and investigation workflows Preferred Qualifications Experience with data entry or administrative tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Ability to analyze documentation and forms to identify fraud indicators and determine appropriatenext steps Ability to review complex or unorganized information and apply the proper processes andprocedures Ability to manage a high-volume workload
