Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a claims specialist to join the Administration team in the Operations Department at one of our reinsurance clients. This position serves as the administrative contact for assigned IDB companies; responsible for all client management and operational activities including:
  • Ensuring that IDB business is processed accurately, timely and in accordance with treaty conditions, rights and obligations as well as facilitating analytical review of operational processing.
  • Claims coverage verifications
  • Client activity and performance monitoring
  • Issues management and problem resolution

  • 2+ years of processing insurance claims + insurance administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
  • Accounting experience
