Massachusetts Insurance Inspector - High Volume Expansion Opportunity Venture Underwriting is expanding Massachusetts field operations in preparation for a significant increase in interior and exterior insurance inspection volume throughout the state. We are seeking experienced insurance inspectors who can consistently handle scheduled field volume in a structured, fast-moving environment. This is not a "wait around for occasional work" opportunity. This is designed for inspectors looking for: consistent weekly volume organized dispatch support long-term territory growth operational stability scalable workload based on availability What We're Looking For Experience with one or more of the following: insurance inspections property inspections mortgage inspections loss control inspections replacement cost evaluations residential field inspections Ideal candidates are: responsive organized comfortable with technology strong communicators capable of handling interior inspections professionally dependable with scheduling and turnaround times Equipment / Requirements Reliable vehicle Windows-based computer Smartphone capable of quality photography Internet access Ability to upload photos/documents daily Camera pole experience Sketch / measurement experience What Venture Provides Dedicated dispatch support Structured scheduling Standardized field expectations Fast communication Consistent operational processes Long-term volume opportunity Current Expansion Areas Particular focus includes: Suffolk County Boston Dorchester Plymouth Barnstable / Cape areas Additional surrounding Massachusetts territories Availability Expectations This opportunity is best suited for inspectors who can consistently devote weekly availability to field work.
