The Claims Supervisor reports to the Manager of Claims Service and, under minimal supervision, oversees and coordinates the activities of staff responsible for reviewing and processing medical and dental claims for payment.

Requirements:

Education:

Requires a minimum of an Associate's degree in Business or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.

Work Experience:

Requires four (4) years of experience processing medical, institutional COB, dental, and short-term disability claims, along with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
