JOB DESCRIPTION
Precision Claims is seeking talent to fill an Automotive Claims Adjuster role to process Warranty and Vehicle Service Contract repair claims across the country. Located in downtown Rockford, MI, Precision Claims prides itself on its social, collaborative team atmosphere and strong customer service foundation. To be successful in this position, the applicant must be detail oriented and possess excellent organization and communication skills. Representatives will be called upon to work independently as well as in a group setting. Automotive repair or repair administration experience is required.BENEFIT DETAILS
- Starting at $18.00
- 22.00 an hour based on experience
- 40 hours per week

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
- Determining repair coverage based on a variety of warranties and vehicle service contracts
- Adjusting, denying, and paying automotive repair claims based on contract coverage
- Detailing coverage and claims processes to customers and repair facilities
- Gathering customer information by phone to validate coverage and begin the claims process
- Processing claim payments
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
- A minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in adjusting automotive repair claims
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work 9:00AM-5:30 PM Monday
- Friday
- Computer skills (MS Word and Excel))
ADDITIONAL BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- P&C license
