In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency. Job Responsibilities As a Claims Specialist, you will: Review and process insurance claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy and completeness of information. Communicate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information for claims processing. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to improve claims processing efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum of 1 years of experience in claims processing or a related role. Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory guidelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Willingness to continue professional development through training and certifications.
