Full Job Description Property Ground Inspector Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Candidates with prior delivery or route-driving experience are encouraged to apply. If you're used to running routes, managing multiple stops, and working independently, this will be the perfect role for you—but even if you don't have prior experience, we provide all the training you need to succeed! Here's a quick video explaining the role: Reliable Reports is hiring Property Ground Inspector in the Duluth, MN area (covering a 3 hour radius). Must be willing to travel the Iron Range. No prior inspection experience required—paid, in-person training provided.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

Part-time availability (estimated 8 hours per day) 20-29 hours per week Experience in delivery driving, route work, or field services Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Motivated by productivity-based pay Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance Comfortable using a ladder and speaking with homeowners Basic comfort with mobile apps and computers

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive to assigned 18-24 homes and businesses each day Territory will cover 3 hour radius of Duluth, MN Drive 400-700 business miles per week Capture exterior property photos using our mobile app Access single-story roofs using a ladder when required Maintain professionalism with homeowners Work primarily in the field with limited home-office time

SCHEDULE

Part-time Monday through Saturday availability Overnight travel required (every 1 week for 2 nights) Must be willing to travel the Iron Range

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license + insured personal vehicle (required for daily use) Windows-based personal computer with internet access Comfortable with extensive driving (urban & rural routes) Comfortable working in various weather conditions Professional appearance required Background check, MVR review, and drug screening conducted post-offer in accordance with applicable laws.
