Senior Claims Advocate Leavitt Great West Insurance Services | Helena, Billings, or Bozeman, MT Leavitt Great West Insurance Services, an agency affiliate of Leavitt Group, is seeking a Senior Claims Advocate to lead and elevate the claims experience for our commercial clients. This high-impact, leadership role will focus on handling claims in a proactive, strategic, and client-centered process while driving faster action, stronger outcomes, and executive-level visibility. You will serve as a trusted advisor during critical moments, ensuring clarity, confidence, and coordination across clients, carriers, and internal teams. What You'll Do Lead claims advocacy for commercial clients from intake through resolution Drive strategy, escalation, and communication on complex and high-value claims Partner with carriers, TPAs, and vendors to ensure timely, best-practice handling Serve as the primary claims advocate to clients delivering clear, confident guidance Provide executive-level reporting, claims insights, and loss trend analysis Strengthen workflows, service standards, and continuous improvement efforts Support producers and service teams to enhance retention and client experience Develop and deliver claims education for clients and internal teams What You Bring 5+ years of commercial claims, brokerage, or TPA experience Strong multi-line claims expertise (WC, Auto, GL, Property) Proven ability to lead client communication in high-pressure situations Strategic thinking with strong organization and follow-through Skilled collaborator with carriers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency systems Montana insurance license (or ability to obtain) Why Join Leavitt Great West Build and shape a best-in-class claims advocacy function Be part of a relationship-driven, community-rooted agency backed by national strength Make a meaningful impact during the most critical moments for clients Access ongoing training, leadership development, and career growth

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$70,000-$95,000 DOE + performance incentives Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO Hybrid flexibility with ~10% travel #LI-AH1 #LI-EM1
