In-House Property Claims Adjuster

Company Overview Millard Roofing is seeking an experienced In-House Property Adjuster to join our team in Omaha. We specialize in taking assignments of claims and completing high-quality roofing and property restoration work. This is not a sales role — you will focus on insurance claims advocacy, attending on-site property inspections, preparing detailed estimates, and working to ensure our customers receive fair and complete coverage. In this role, you will: Attend on-site insurance claim property inspections Prepare detailed, accurate estimates using industry-standard software Negotiate with insurance adjusters to achieve positive outcomes Collaborate closely with our legal department as needed

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a property adjuster, field estimator, or claims specialist (roofing knowledge is a strong plus) Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and coverage issues Proficiency with Xactimate (preferred) Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently while coordinating with our legal team
