Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist Responsible for managing New Jersey State workers' compensation claims, ranging from routine to complex, while delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist Responsibilities Administer all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including investigation, evaluation, reserving, and reporting Conduct statutory, policy, and coverage analysis for both primary and excess claims Manage litigation, including budget oversight, through trial and appeal as needed Oversee medical management, vendor coordination, and payment processing (medical, vendor, settlements) Negotiate and settle claims while maintaining strong vendor and stakeholder relationships Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of progressively responsible claims experience, preferably with NJ exposure Strong knowledge of claims procedures, statutes, compliance, insurance laws, and coverage Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist Compensation $25 - $32 an hour (commensurate with experience) Professional work environment with growth potential #MPG1 Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
