Overview Busy Auto Body Repair shop seeking experienced damage estimator. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual with a great work ethic. We are in need of someone who is efficient, accurate and can handle a fast paced work environment. Familiar with all aspects of collision repair processes, versed in insurance claims procedures, policies, and repair guidelines. Your role will ensure smooth coordination between our shop and the insurance company, providing clear and detailed estimates to support the claims process. Greet customers Write estimate, Blue print damaged vehicle, and oversee the complete and proper repair of the vehicle. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify all necessary repairs Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates to customers and insurance companies Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely and efficient repairs Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates and addressing any concerns Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs Review final repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Proficiency with estimating software ( CCC, Mitchell) Must possess a
