We are a one-stop forward and reverse logistics service company that focuses on third-party online retailers. Customers have access to a turn-key system, a streamlined operation process, and a professional team to solve their problems with Life-Cycle Logistics. After more than 9 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL. The Beaverton, Oregon location is hiring 1 Warranty Claim Specialist to help with the Return Management department.
Responsibilities:
Contact manufacturers and submit claims/RMAs for defective machines. Communicate issues clearly and provide/confirm all necessary information to manufacturers. Follow up on claim status and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of claims and related documentation. Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
Chinese speaker required. Knowledge of electronic products, especially PCs. Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
