Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Enter new claims in CRM software, update the program with Diary updates. Process daily mail. Pricing of item content list, verifying prices, item research. Taking incoming calls. Reach out to clients for information. Organize claim file, keeping records up to date. Handle the Marketing, Facebook, Google, direct mail, etc. Help write marketing letters Manage the schedule of estimates. Create accurate floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Program (similar to sketch up) Xactimate. Help build construction estimate using Xactimate. Use Excel to compare estimates, noting difference. Other misc task as needed.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
