Job Description
Sr. Claims Specialist
- Middle Market Casualty Exton, PA; Hartford, CT; or New York City, NY Our Claims team sets us apart.
- Middle Market, Americas Region What you will bring We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
Broad Property and Casualty claim experience: at least 5 years of experience handling with a focus on litigated and non-litigated general liability claims. Demonstrated experience negotiating and settling bodily injury and property damage claims.Strong communication:
excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels of sophistication.Collaborative approach:
develop productive working relationships with insureds, brokers, claim handlers, underwriters and legal counsel. Seek input from others as needed to achieve the best result possible. Capable of working and collaborating with a virtual team.Client-Service Focused:
provide consistent, exceptional customer service; deliver on our promise to clients.Strong ethics:
handle responsibilities with integrity and the highest standards of professionalism.Passion for results:
approach tasks proactively and anticipate needs. Think quickly and prioritize multiple work streams without sacrificing quality. Act with a sense of urgency.Intellectual curiosity:

Bachelor's Degree required.Desired Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree Candidates with Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or AIC and Property & Casualty adjuster licenses are preferred. Experience handling a diverse range of casualty claims, including General Liability, Employers' Liability, and Auto Claims.
