Job Description

The primary role of First Report Unit Supervisor is to lead a team of claims representatives who gather the facts of new auto accidents and empathetically deliver perfect customer service. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of developing people and achieving excellent results in the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5-7 claims representatives Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills Responsibilities for hiring, onboarding, training and performance management Accurately forecasting workload and coordinating schedules to meet our customers' needs Using data analytics to evaluate processes and improve performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results Regular responsibilities for compliance auditing and delivering feedback Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred Minimum 4 years of insurance experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc). Working knowledge of ClaimsPro, FNOL, Verint, Avaya, CMS, and Image Right. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
